I thoroughly enjoyed last Wednesday's class.� I thought the Click Pledge CEO was a dynamic speaker.� I enjoyed his presentation about his concern from a business standpoint.� He talked about how the world we live in today is a "me centric" society and how everyone wants things personalized in this day in age.� He also talked about how complaints and word of mouth can ruin a company or place of business.� He also talked about his fear of the customer of the future and how they like a variety of choices and that they also possess the ability to multi-task and accomplish a great deal in short periods of time.� For this reason customer service is extremely important to his overall business goal and among his top priorities.� He also discussed the future possibilities of a web 3.0, in which there is accountability and consciousness on the web.� In my opinion, with all the advances in technology this is not that far off.� ��
